That night, my mother told me she loved me regardless of the bad I had done.

I asked her if she realised I was the bad guy in this story,

But she just kissed my forehead and asked me to set the table.

They taught me that I am made from stars.  That I have the universe in my veins and the sun in my eyes, But they would not believe me when I told them that drops of blood on the bathroom tiles look a lot like constellations when your head is spinning like the planets, and the sun that lives in your eyes can no longer provide enough light to see straight.

I used to tear myself apart because I was afraid you would stop finding pieces of me to love.
