Sometimes I think about that time during DnaShow in 2017 when Daesung said if he was reborn as an animal he wouldn’t want to be a predator because the life of predators is too harsh. It's "eat or be eaten,” kill or be killed. Not for him. “I want everyone to be on good terms," he continued. "But if I was a tiger trying to be on good terms with everyone I’d just get beaten up.”

Replace “tiger” with “wolf” (as in werewolf) and you’ve pretty much got the plot of Dreams Like Ashes, written a year before in 2016. Thanks, Daesung, for reassuring me I didn’t write you all wrong. 🥺
