Inspiring Tiktok video
Based off the tiktok video above. If your character were kidnapped and forced to write a letter about running away, what would your character write to secretly tell the others they are not, in fact, alright?

Dear Silver Scale Pack,
I'm sorry to say this by letter and that I lack the courage to tell you in person, but I've decided to run away from this life and start anew. I debated not sending this letter at all, but I don't want you to waste time looking for me.
This may seem sudden to you, but I assure you it's been a long time in coming. I originally only joined this group to get inspiration for more stories, but every time I turn around our lives are in danger. I think it all came to a head when that freak storm in Sunhame, of all things, nearly did us in. Then Fee took us all out for fresh baked bread in the morning like nothing ever happened. That's when I realized what sort of insane people I was travelling with.
Something ordinary almost killed us. Something ordinary could kill any of us at any time, why am I courting more chances at death for stories I've never had a problem making up off the top of my head? It was fun at first, but don't take it personally that I hope to never see you or the dangers you court again.
Sincerely,
- Diem

Notes: No mention of their patron just in case the kidnapper doesn't realize that this is def a letter that needs writing (also how would you deliver it? lol). I figure if the kidnapper has accounted for their patron, then there's something else going on to thwart that contact, similar to how Diem seemed to disappear entirely from their patron's senses in Retin's tower.
If the kidnapper recognizes warlock magics and asks about their patron they will lie their ass off about having a patron like Teeks' - drop in the bucket, uncaring patron.
If the kidnapper does know about their patron, then the letter to SSP will probably say they retired beyond the veil with their patron, never to be seen again.
For those outside our pack reading: That freak storm in Sunhame was a wind elemental kidnapping Fee (because she couldn't play that week), preventing her from trying the wonderful fresh baked bread of a popular bakery the next morning (bread is her fave).
