Everytime I run a dnd onshot, I include a short lesson for my players to learn.

Last time they learned to stay together when out partying because: strangers that try to isolate one member away from the group/take them to a secondary location might be dangerous.

This time they learned about poisonous flowers in they're garden and some of their common names.

Next time I might bring flash cards.

I'm a bit lost because I was getting REALLY SUPER into researching my DNDs for my silly little game with my classy fancy friends and now that I've given up Reddit and the +5 dnd subreddits I was intensively studying, I don't know where to get tips and lists and seeds and ideas. I've got a shit ton of material that I acquired in a completely legal fashion 👀 and it's absolutely marvelous how fucking deranged people in this hobby get and how far they take it, I'm learning so much about myself and others thought this... But it's SO MUCH STUFF and most of it already presupposes quite advanced knowledge. Anyone out there can point me in the direction of some beginner friendly e5 communities out there? Are there Reddit refugees from r/DMAcademy around?

2022 - 2018 - 2018 - Refsheet 2022 Luceed appreciation post. Of all my own characters, he is prolly the one closest to my heart as I put a lot of myself into him. On top of that I also process many emotions and past events trough him. This year I got told I have Borderline and I surprisingly put all these traits and behavior I have into his personality since he exists. He always embodied these traits and helped me handle the situations that ocured due to my bpd. Before I knew about it, in a rather evil and toxic way. Though now we both get better and work on it. I am highly emotionally connected to him.
