dnp unpopular opinion/confession: ive realized that for now im kinda just waiting them out. like i know that some day theyre gonna let us know that phan either is or isnt real, because realistically if youtube is their career theyll probably continue it for a while. recently theyve been a lot more open with their audience (especially w the rebrands) and i think that theyll slowly make it more obvious whats going on, because i dont think that they can keep it a secret forever, if that makes sense
i do think they’ll make it more obvious but i just don’t think they’ll blatantly say “phan is real” because like that’s not them? i like how they’re subtle with things but doing it in a way that’s not considered queerbaiting or suspicious. they’re just being gross and in love and i like that which is something that’s actually kinda admirable. even if they did come out and say phan was real the constant looking into their lives won’t stop i just think people are going to be expecting more from them just because they confirmed it. whereas, if they denied it, the shipping def won’t stop and i feel like people will still find ways to find “proof” or some shit so either way it’s not that beneficial, but i’d get why people would want them to confirm or deny. personally, i don’t give a fuck. i ship it, but i’m really just waiting for phil to drop his merch at this point.
