Do.com Adds Real-Time Integration With Dropbox and Wufoo
#SuryaRay #Surya If you're like most connected businesses today, you're using tons of cloud-based productivity apps like Google Drive and Dropbox. The problem: A single task typically uses many of them, and your staff is constantly switching between (and perhaps overlooking) key parts of the task. The solution: Do.com, a Salesforce product that organizes your workflow by task, not by service. Of course, Do is only as good as how many of those services it integrates, and today it's expanding its reach to some key online players. You can now tie Dropbox, Wufoo (online forms), Contactually (contacts), Harvest (time tracking) and Salesforce's Desk (customer support) into your Do tasks, called the "Do More" ec… Continue reading... Get things done with Do.com (@DoWorkTogether)
Some time ago, Salesforce.com acquired Manymoon, a web based project management app. At the time, I wondered what they planned to do with it. I’m the last few months, this question has been answered with the emergence ofDo.com.
Do.com was released to public beta a few months ago looking very slick and usable. It also already had slick iPhone app.
Since then, they have implemented a number of new features which has resulted in Do.com becoming a real contender in the crowded collaborative Task Management arena.
The first thing to note is that Do.com is completely free! No limitations and as many users as you want. Absolutely no catches at all.
You are able to create as many Groups as you require. A group is almost like a workspace each of which might have different collaborators. So, for example, you could have a Group for your business with all your team members as part of that group and then a separate one that you only have access to for your Personal task management.
When you login, you will see your groups on the left hand side and then three options under each group, Tasks, Projects and Notes.
The Key features that Do.com boasts are as follows:
Tasks with due dates and time due (with notifications).
Recurring Tasks
Unlimited Projects
The ability to define which users have access to each project
Assignment of tasks to other team members
Google Drive integration
Attach files to your tasks
Comment on tasks including @ mentions
The notes section allows you to create tasks from a note by highlighting the appropriate text and clicking “Create Task”. The note is then attached to the created task

Integration with Salesforce.com
iPhone app and the web interface works perfectly on iPad. I believe they may be planning an Android app but don’t quote me on this. :)
There have been a number of new features that have been implemented over the last few months and it will be interesting to see what they have planned in the future.
If you’re looking for a great Task Management app, I would look no further than Do.com. I didn't and I've implemented using Do.com for task management within my team at FinancialForce.com
Salesforce updates Do.com with new tools & Android app, paid version on the way
via VentureBeat
Cloud powerhouse Salesforce has updated its Do.com social productivity application with new features, including a comprehensive contacts form and a tracker for ongoing deals, the company announced today.
Do launched in November 2011 and quickly moved out of beta a month later. The HTML5-based app offers small and medium-sized businesses various tools for getting things done. Until now, you could create and assign tasks, track projects, and take notes in a web browser or on the iPhone.
Nice video advertising Salesforce's free online task collaborative app Do.com (following Salesforce's acquisition and rebranding of Manymoon).
Do.com, part of the salesforce.com family is the Social Productivity App for your team. This amazing spot was created by creative advertising agency Muhtayzik|Hoffer in San Francisco. See how these adorable kids easily create and share tasks, projects and notes before their big election. Very cool!
