Doc vamp!reader knows alot of information about other researchers, so any yandere staff is completely under the impression that the Vampire doctor is utterly obsessed with him/her and in denial of being the ‘obsessed one’.

Doc vamp!reader is the definition of ‘accidentally flirting’ because the only reason they know so damn much about others is because they’ve been alive for so long they’ve started to learn about everyone around them to entertain themselves. It be more funnier if Doc vamp!reader isn’t even big on romance, they’re just bored and learning what everyone likes just for shits and giggles

Doc vamp!reader knows that deep down the reason why the foundation don't get rid of them cause they are helpful and willing which actually don't bother them at all but what do bothered them is how the foundation would permanently  eliminate them if they ever hostile.

They don't want to share the same terrible fate as Duke (In Duke 'till Dawn, SCP-083 died by Kondraki playing SCP-298, which drained 083's blood)

I like to imagine this is why Doc vamp!reader is so isolated. It’s not for mysterious reasons, it’s to ensure that they don’t get the Duke treatment. So they’re never mean, the best ass kisser ever, and always quiet JUST to avoid that ending but when they’re alone? When no one watches? When no one can hear? Doc vamp!reader just lets it ALL out. They let all their true feelings and emotions out because if they don’t, they’ll pop in front of people

Doctor-patient confidentiality

Dr. Simon Glass is a psychologist, so as a psychologist, It's his duty keep patient information private and secure, essential for fostering trust and honest communication.

Imagine Dr. Glass keeps a running list of who’s confessed to having a crush on Doc vamp! Reader. Sometimes it’s people he knows way too well, sometimes it’s some intern who’s slightly enamoured by the only person around who isn’t an bastard, sometimes it’s just a passing comment he’s heard from someone he hasn’t even talked to.

It has to be so awkward for Dr. Glass when Doc vamp!reader mentions people acting weird around them. Like he KNOWS why but by law he can’t or else O5 will eradicate him. So he just closes his eyes anytime it’s mentioned. He does himself a little game by seeing who mentions Doc vamp!reader the most in ONE session to entertain himself

Doc vamp! Reader lies. A lot. And Clef knows it. Takes one pathological liar to know one after all. In turn, the vampiric doctor also knows when Clef is lying. They never call each other on the lies though.

…you think they have a lying contest? See who can make the most absurd lie until someone outside of the conversation calls them out on it? I can genuinely see those two making it a competition as one of their forms of bonding. Doc vamp!reader likes to side eye Dr. clef when he lies and Dr. Clef will hide his face when Doc vamp!reader so that no one can tell if the other is lying

The only person Doc vamp! Reader don't want to directly drink blood from is Dr. Iceberg

They much prefer if Dr. Iceberg just bleed in a cup. He just so cold (literally) that reader just avoid drinking blood from him.

Doc vamp!reader sees Dr. iceberg as those icy hot patches because first, he’s warm at the sudden skin contact but his natural coldness will overtake ANYONE’S body heat. Dr. Iceberg is kinda like a popsicle for Doc vamp!reader, any other season it’s blood in a cup but hot season? Oh baby it’s time to bite his wrist for that sweet relief of coldness!

Hi! Could you possibly make this a one shot of Doc vamp!reader accidentally revealed like a minor thing of their secret diary and the other researchers reaction to that information?

If anyone read the diary, The vampire taste description of blood are unbiased and not apparent enough to know who is the favorite (Everyone agreed it's probably not Dr. Bright/Shaw since that man change host often)

I would do this but won’t because I genuinely don’t know how to expand it into an entertaining one shot without making it feel awkward. I’m so sorry! 😭

I like to think that vampire doctor! reader at some point accidentally reveal about their secret diary or the others finds out about it.

Vampire doctor! reader has a secret diary, Sometimes the entries contain the taste description of the person blood they consume and what's the differences (Also whether or not the person drink enough water)

​Vamp doc!reader is that freaky and creepy person you met at a 7/11 after a night shift who despite being weird, is somehow the most chillest person ever besides the fact they’ll randomly ask if they can try your blood before playing if off as a joke. ​Vamp doc!reader definitely uses their research to see who they need to monitor for dehydration or not
