Broken Dock Lines!
So a couple of my dock lines broke in the super high winds [~70 mph!] this week. I got a text today from my good friend at the marina with the attached picture. Glad he keeps an eye on it for me since I can’t get out there right now.
Apparently there’s only damage to dock, not the boat, since the forestay chainplate took the brunt of the damage.
He’s going to replace the lines for me, but now I need to put another thing on my to-do list: check the chainplate to ensure no structural damage to it.
