so say if the timelines shown on tv were wrong and torch wood was somehow forgotten and there was not one and cyber men were  forgot somehow or not there.

Rose goes and makes a show in his honour all about their adventures and what he told her up to doomsday and what he told her in the time period that she was gone when she returned.

What if this world is petes world and Rose started the show doctor who?
