Fallen Leaves

đ A cold autumn evening which brings about loneliness (or something like that) ((you can choose between 11 or 9)):
She loved the autumn. The heat of summer was giving way to crisp days and the bright green leaves put on a dazzling display, burning in their own way before falling away spent and discarded. It was a time of rest, a time of death. The end of a cycle. Oh and how she enjoyed watching the display. It was a reminder that she was alive, she was undefeated, undaunted.
The wind toyed with her hair as it continued on its path. It was entropy in motion, and if Missy was anything, she was a creature of entropy. There in her element, she couldnât help but cast glances at the figure hiding behind a top hat and a newspaper he was holding upside down. A part of her found it odd that he would be here. A quick study told her he was far younger than the man who had left her half-dead at the edge of a black hole.
Her lips curled into a predatory smile. Perhaps it was fate. Perhaps she was simply bored and tormenting would help pass the time. She stood up and crossed the distance between them.
âThaâ hat is hideous,â she announced in a pronounced Scottish burr, âwhy donâ you tell me what corpse yâstole it from?â
