Adding useful documentation

I have started adding useful documentation in the wiki. Currently the wiki wont be used to contain information about the project because there is no much done to need to add the documentation. Nevertheless I have added information of how to add a compiler service to the Boo compiler as well as how to throw errors and add warnings.

I found out about this in #irc which has been the source of all the help I have been having (thanks to cedric). To avoid people having to bother cedric or other users I will be writing notes that I find interesting in the wiki... I of course plan to add the information to Boos page if it is not already present.
