Ah this title is apt.
Although ti be honest, I've actually made changes I've been consistent with, mainly stepping the hell out if my comfort zone and joining crossfit in September.
The only problem is, as soon as I start to get in the swing of things I pull a muscle, or twinge my back, something. Something that sets me back and frustrates the hell out of me.
Anyways the plan is to start writing again, document the success so that when I'm feeling like crap I can read back and see progress.
Or make goals
Like the one I set last week - to stop obsessing over how many people have booked into a class. Nah, if I know I can make one the plan is, book in,then dont look again. Just turn up. Seriously wish I didn't over think everything.
