This health journey sure has its ups and downs

just your regular mama who is constantly trying to change bad habits

Ah this title is apt.

Although ti be honest, I've actually made changes I've been consistent with, mainly stepping the hell out if my comfort zone and joining crossfit in September.

The only problem is, as soon as I start to get in the swing of things I pull a muscle, or twinge my back, something. Something that sets me back and frustrates the hell out of me.

Anyways the plan is to start writing again, document the success so that when I'm feeling like crap I can read back and see progress.

Or make goals

Like the one I set last week - to stop obsessing over how many people have booked into a class. Nah, if I know I can make one the plan is, book in,then dont look again. Just turn up. Seriously wish I didn't over think everything.

For the most part of today I sat my bottom in a camping chair as I watched my son compete at a baseball tournament. This also meant bakery for lunch as we were awfully disorganized this morning. This evening as I sat on the couch I made the decision to get my bottom up, put on some sneakers and go for a quick walk/jog.

Today all I managed was 20 minutes, but I did jog nearly half so for that I am proud.

Small steps.

Start

Once again I find myself unhappy with the bad habits I've sunk back into. Eating is crap. Exercise is inconsistent. Clothes aren't fitting.

So once again it's time to try harder. And one thing that helps me is accountability. So here we have it. Let's see if I can use this to help guide me out of these crap habits.
