Saw dodie live today for the first time in years. It made me so emotional, the way those songs are still so relevant to me, the way some of them have become relevant recently. Singing “I’ll never be 16 again” when I was like 14 when that song came out and now I’m in my 20s and really will never be 16 again.

Parents split up in April, mum got cancer in September and now mums in hospital with Covid 3 days before Christmas so I may only see my sister on Christmas Day. Think it might be time for me to hide under a rock until this all blows over
