Best I got is Nancy but in a sorta unrequited 'it'll always be you' type way. 'If you're lucky, life is gonna give you one shot at true love, and you were mine' kinda way.

He's aware they went their separate ways and isn't going to pursue her. He's content to have her around platonically, won't be crashing a hypothetical future wedding or upset if she turns out to be Not Into Men After All. If she's happy, he's happy. But at the same time, if they ever got the chance to try again, he'd be more than willing.

Like, she's not the only reason he's had a whole conga line of dead end dates and failed relationships. All of his trauma from the Russians and the Upside Down and the fact that he snores like a chainsaw and his platonic soulmate thing with Robin tends to drive most away. But there will always be a small part of him that knows this isn't what he really wants.
