Rosemary Citrus Breakfast Bread

So I tried my bread recipe and well I didn't make it right. I cooked it on low instead of high. It had a pretty good flavor. My taste testers said very different. I think 1) maybe too much rosemary. 2) it was very dense probably because I baked it wrong. LOL!
