New Zealand has some of the finest dairy in the world 🐮 That certainly helps me in creating such high quality sweets. Both sweets are classics and have completely different preparations 🍡Gulab jamuns are fried milk solid dumplings soaked in sugar syrup. Rasgullas on the other hand, are essentially cheese curd dumplings boiled in sugar syrup. Gulab jamuns are universal in the Indian subcontinent.
