Today I have set up the baby gate (so the cat can have access to the stairs but Torak can't), bought a shitton of dog supplies (he's got beds! toys! a licking bowl!), and cleaned and prepped our old bench. No idea if he'll like it tbh, but it's a nice corner for him to retreat to.
