Anyway, stealing shit he shouldn't aside, it has been a full year since I got my buddy!

We've learned so much together and he's really started to develop in a beautiful way. He's so much calmer and so much more willing to work with me. I love looking back at when we just had him and he'd absolutely flip at other dogs. Nowadays I can tell him to follow me and ignore them and 9 out of 10 times he does it flawlessly.

He hasn't ripped any more clothes by turning his frustration and tense energy at us when we tell him no. The wild running and jumping is still there on walks when it gets to be a bit too much, but when I tell him to heel he runs up to me and slams into my leg with the goofiest grin on his face.

I love my little guy so much.

As a celebration of us having him for one year, Torak decided to eat a quarter of a block of raw tofu and demolish a wooden ladle....

Torak is a dedicated counter surfer, to my great horror and profound annoyance. Yesterday evening he managed to grab a piece of sliced corn on the cob when my mom was cooking. The emergency vet told us to wait and see, if he throws up and becomes lethargic, call in again.

Guess who just threw up twice and gets to go to his regular vet? 🙃
