Cat pretty:

Someone who has cat-like features, cat like eyes, sharp or maybe round, y'know those cat eyes and etc, hey maybe even a cat walk.

Dog pretty:

Someone who has a bigger nose (honestly that's how I think of it, dogs noses are big) mostly bigger features, or just looks dog dog-like in a way.
