I am not usually a fan of 'dog eared' pages, but I will make an exception for this item! Each page features a hand-drawn ear from a different type of dog, each identified on the opposite page.

"Dog eared contains 14 hand colored lithos color copied, cut out & attached to strathmore paper with chamois cover and kozo end papers"--Colophon.

This is part of a continuing series featuring pet minis in conjunction with the of the new pet themed exhibit that is now up in the reading room. This particular item is from the corresponding mini exhibit, put together by Rachel, so make sure to take time to see that wonderful collection as well, for more fun finds like this!
