When the freeFORM Board is locked and docked, it acts as a mini circular aerobic step. The thing about a circles is that it doesn’t have a front, back or sides and promotes omnidirectional movement. This is an example of a simple lateral step for cardio training. You can also imagine a compass or a clock to visualize all the directions in which you can step off the board.
