Joker made a noise of sympathy and shook his head. He stepped over the body with one foot and purposefully dug his other toe into the dead mans back. “Can’t let the vermin drag you down. Save your anger for those of us who might actually cause you a problem.” He winked and strolled around the small room, invading the other man’s space as much as he could.
His eyes snapped back to the others. “Of course, I don’t see why I need to kill you right off. You might even be useful to me.” He held out his hands and a surrendering gesture. “I even came all by my lonesome, doll face.” He laughed to himself and held out one of his hands and bowed as if he were asking the other to dance at a classy party. “Come dance with the devil.”
Oswald was carefully listening to what the taller man was saying nad slightly nodded in agreement. “It would be pretty embarrassing if someone as petty as this man dragged you down, huh?”
A quiet chuckle escaped him as the clown prince of crime called him “doll face”. “I’m not trying to be rude, but I’m afraid we haven’t been in touch long enough for you to call me like that.”
Black eyebrows slightly shifted in both shock and surprise as the Joker offered him his head, but he soon rolled his eyes as he neard the statement, Sure, it was poetic, but just... No.
He wanted to tell the other to go to hell, but he realized he might regret his decision pretty soon.
“How about you come and ask me by the end of the week?”
