Six giant Winners/Homesense bags of fabric whittled down to TWO. The rest is garbage and donations.
Haven't pulled everything out from under the bed yet, but I can see that there are two garbage bags under there and I don't know if they are bedding or fabric yet. I am too tired and sweaty to do that tonight, but I will be checking that in the morning. I have a feeling that some of it is fabric because there is definitely fabric that I know I have that I haven't seen.
Before fabric.com got bought out by Amazon and they turned it shitty, I bought a bunch of big pieces of fabric to make myself clothing out of cotton/linen blends, wool blends of other natural fibers that I can't remember right now. So those are here somewhere.

This story has been marinating in my head for ages. Probably close to a year now. Anytime I start jotting my ideas down I always chicken out for whatever reason. No idea why!! Honestly, I think I'm nervous for backlash. It's not a happy ending and it has some themes that, as I'm learning more and more, lots of people don't like (cheating, non-faithfulness, very gray area around the main "ship" of the story). So, yeah, as someone who doesn't wanna get anon hate, it freaks me out a bit!
BUT, the gist of this story is: Fae inspired HotD: Fae!Aemond Targaryen x Female human!commoner reader with an overarching theme of Aemond x Alys Rivers
After the fall of Old Valyria, Targaryens and Velaryons made a new home for the blood of old valyria upon the highest peak in Westeros - these are the characters who would be "fae" inspired in this story. But, like with their ancestors, blood magic, magic, etc, have “cursed” them in a sense. Babies are rare to be born within the fae. Population grows very slowly. Recently the fae have begun to sleep with humans in an attempt to procreate with them so their population can grow.
And that's where our human!reader would come into play, and how she would have a role in the story.
There's still dragons, magic, mythos, and politics that we all love from GRRM's universe. "They say Targaryens are closer to Gods than men" is definitely a big theme in this!
I genuinely want to write this haha - and have for a long time! Maybe after s2 is over and I get some of my creative flow back I'll start to tackle this idea some more!
