PART 3 .. so I still had some pent up energy & today was so nice & the first attempt (part 1) was so unfulfilling that I had to try a new section of the towpath. FELL IN LOVE. This would be great for running - which I actually attempted today (see 10/10 bcz that's how I felt ...not) & I haven't tried that in years. It went about as expected. Walking, my mile was 21:09. "Running", my mile was 18:24. So loooooooots of room for improvement! Hahaha. PART 2 .. short little single session at the studio today bcz I'm working back up to double seasons. They seem to be much busier in the evenings. Double again 😁 I think this will be my usual now tho... 1 hour. It feels better than only 30 minutes. Like, it allows me to zone out the rest of my life better. Clear my head. Not that I have a terrible life, I'm just stressed out right now. Things will come together for me. They always do. Not always how I want them to but it's usually better in the long run.
