Dream Relationship (Dorohedoro Hcs)
A/N: Just lil quick relationship hcs of doro characters. Something simple for the people :3 Gn reader, except for Chota he's literally gay.

Unlike the others he is a little bit less nervous in a relationship, not because he has been in one but from him being more emotionally mature. That doesn't mean he knows what to do.

When you and Dokuga first met it wasn’t pretty. It was obvious Sorcerers and Cross-Eyes don’t get along. Not so lucky for you, you got in a fight with one. You had to be honest with yourself he was kinda beating your ass but like everyone says, Cross-Eyes are great with knives. Last resort you had was using your magic… nothing was coming out. “What the hell?” You looked at your hand and without realizing he was charging right at you.
Blocking your face you hit the ground pretty hard as he was right above you with his mouth right open, their spit gliding out. It hit your face and… nothing. You were able to kick him off of you and quickly stand up. “Did you spit on my face?!” It was a first for you, wiping your own mask off you were done fighting this guy. “Fuck this..” You cursed and just got out off there.
“Dokuga! Are you in here?” Ton yelled from the hallway as he rushed into the room, Dokuga was just standing there. “Ton, is there such a thing as a sorcerer that’s immune to things..?” “Uhm Probably, En found a sorcerer that has time related magic so.. Anything is possible." Ton looked around the room and only saw splattered blood and a broken window. “Why was that person that you were fighting immune to your spit?” “I think so… They didn’t have any reaction to it. Lets just get out of here.” Dokuga dismissed it almost entirely and just wanted to get what they needed.
The next time you and Dokuga met it was completely random. You were healed up from the fight and were getting a meal at a local restaurant. It was cheep but really good. As you ate your food and watched the small television in the corner. The bell from the door rung as more people entered the restaurant. A duo sat besides you which you didn’t mind most of the tables were taken anyways.
There was a loud noise from the other side of the restaurant which made your head turn, and there was a familiar face. The same exact Cross-eye you fought a couple days earlier. Just from their clothes alone it was obvious it was them, you were staring a bit and they definitely noticed. Shaking your head you went back to minding your own business.
“Staring problem much..?” You heard a mumble but it was whatever, you were off the job no need to fight them again. Well till they noticed your mask once you finished eating.
After paying and barely walking out they also walked out, which not much of a bother could be just a coincidence. They kept following as you walked and now it was bothering you, turning a corner into a secluded alley you stopped in your tracks. Taking a full 180 on the heels of your feet, they also stopped. “So why are you two following me? Trying to pick a fight or what.”
It came out a bit more harsh than you wanted but it started to irritate you. They didn’t say anything which made your attitude worse. “Now you want to be quiet? Seriously what is your guy’s problem? I really don’t get you cross-eyes…” You shook your head.
“Why didn’t you say anything at the restaurant?” “Because I don’t care. I’m off the job I’m not En’s cleaners.” It was a quick response on your end but the quicker the conversation the quicker you could get home. You could hear a whispering from both of them but not clear enough to know what they’re saying. They just walked away, no words just actions.
The last time you saw him before everything changed, it was your last job before you quit. You and your partner quickly taking out the people you were ordered to. Simple and easy for you, and then more started coming. “Dude what the fuck… Are there more than Boss told us there would be.” Your partner questioned as they cleaned off their gloves. “Looks like it. We have to get out of here before more come. We did what we had too.”
As the you were stepping out into the hallway your partner noticed a group of… cross-eyes. “Hey look. We have some. Guest.” They laughed, you turned around and noticed him immediately. “Dude lets just go.” You grabbed their arm and held them there. Now your partner wasn’t exactly fond of cross-eyes at all. Matter of fact they hated them.
“Come on lets have fun. It’ll be easy.” They walked over to the group pulling you along. “Who gives a shit about them lets just go.” You argued, but before you could complain heavy footsteps were behind you and barely noticeable. Looking back it one of the few sorcerers that you didn’t finish off. “You want to have fun? Turn around, fuck it. I’ll handle the them.”
They turned around and their energy shifted quickly. “I’ll keep your word.” You nodded as they quickly went off to handle the big guy. It was a loud fight but you walk towards the group and Dokuga noticed you and assumed it was time to fight once again. You stopped a couple feet away.
“You need to get out of here Now. I’m not looking for a fucking fight.” You spoke with urgency as a small explosion happened behind you. He opened his mouth to speak but nothing came out. “If they kill him they’re going straight for you guys.” At least that’s what you thought what would happen. Thankfully they listened and got out of there, now all you had to do was help your partner.
Running to your partner they seemed like they had everything down. They got beat up pretty bad but nothing they couldn’t handle. “Look at this man! Old bastard still had it in him.” They held his body up. “Yeah. Seems like it, lets go home man.” You felt a bit of relief since they were fine but there was a burning smell. “Do you smell that?” You asked.
The brightest light ever shinned as you lifted your hands up in defense but the the old mans body exploded in a last resort.
“Hey. Hey! Wake up!” A loud slap across your face woke you up. Everything was still fuzzy but you weren’t in that building anymore, it was somewhere unfamiliar. A house, a crappy dark house. “How are you feeling?” “Seriously you can’t just ask that they nearly exploded!” “Did they? Doesn’t really look like it besides their dirty clothes.” “Everyone just shut up. They barely woke up.” So many voices in such a short time made your head ache. “Where am I?” You asked as you looked around.
“To our humble abode.” One of them boasted. “Ushishimada no need to be so loud.” “Where’s my partner.” You ignored the two and tried to get up but your body still ached from the impact of the blow. Everyone went quiet. “They didn’t make it out.” It was never easy to hear someone you worked with died on the job. But this one was harder, it felt like your fault. “Listen.. Uh we don’t know you but at least you’re still alive right?” One of them came close and kneeled besides you.
You looked right at them. “I’m Ton by the way, that one Is Ushishimada, he’s Saji, Tetsujo, and I think you’ve met Dokuga.” You followed his hand as he pointed at each of them. “Listen we don’t have much but do you need water?” Tetsujo spoke as he did remember you from days before. “Sure.” Everything was replaying in your mind, helping the group, going back to help, and everything blowing up.
Tetsujo came over with a glass of water and most of them left. Besides Dokuga. You held the glass and looked at Dokuga. “So who’s idea was it to come back?” “Mine.” He responded quickly with no immediate reaction. “Really? Was it because I let you guys go.” He didn’t say anything but there was something in his eyes. The water wasn’t… great but it was okay.
“So you’re really immune to all magic.” He asked. You looked at him and he obviously wanted answers. “Sometimes, I guess. I don’t really know I’m not the experimental type.” You shrugged and started thinking. Why was a guy who you’ve only met two other times one of them being a fight ask about your magic. “...Is this about you spitting in my face?” You asked and he just looked away.
“Is there something weird I don’t know about? Or are you just like… Into some weird shit.” He looked at you and completely shocked at what you said. “Sorry uh. Too far.” “no. It’s not that, Uhm. My spit is poisonous.” “Oh so you are into some weird shit.”
The relationship between you and Dokuga didn’t grow quickly, mostly from his avoidance and mysterious ways.
Even though you were a sorcerer the group was pretty fond of you, even if they still had their doubts and suspicions. Dokuga especially, he didn’t like you hanging around the group at all but he couldn’t deny that you brought a different energy from the obvious poverty.
His feelings for you didn’t develop after a while, he kept thinking about what you would like even if they didn’t have funds. It didn’t truly hit him till he was talking with Tetsujo when you were helping them with a small job. “Dokuga are you alright? It’s almost like you’re always zoning out.” Tetsujo had followed his eyes and it landed on you, he turned back to Dokuga and hit his arm. Dokuga snapped out of it and looked at Tetsujo. “Huh?” He questioned as tetsu just looked at him and pointed at you. Yeah he needed to get his mind straight.
You on the other hand, it didn’t hit till the Blue Night. You were invited to En’s party from being some sort of big shot but something wasn’t right. Looking for a partner wasn’t for you anymore. At least an official one, or a work one. Deciding to ditch the festival and the blue night entirely. Arriving to their run down house you walked in and they knew immediately who entered. “Hey how was the Blue Night? Get any partner offers?” Saji asked as he was working on some… something. “No it was pretty anticlimactic.” You weren’t completely lying. Dokuga didn’t buy it though.
As you were leaving it was sun down and Dokuga caught you before you walked too far. “Why didn’t you find a partner?” You heard behind you and turned around, It looked like he ran over. “You could have easily found someone to work with, why didn’t you” He wanted an answer which made you scoff. “Do you want me to leave you guys and make new friends or something?” “No.. I just. You could be doing better than hanging out with us.” “Dokuga I like hanging out with you.”
It was safe to say you and Dokuga started hanging out on your own together. A lot. Maybe a little too much,
The group started taking a notice of how much Dokuga’s demeanor changed. He was happier, calmer, almost too calm.
The first time you and Dokuga kissed he was nervous, it was his first kiss ever for you? Who knows. He was afraid you magic was just going to stop all of a sudden. You had to reassure him that it wouldn't happen.
Even though he's a bit scared of hurting you, he does like to intentionally bite you. Almost like a bug.
Dokuga is incredibly inexperienced so he enjoys when you take charge, whether you're on top or telling him what to do.

Dokuga told you about the whole conversation and you bursted out laughing. “Seriously you got so embarrassed that you spewed everything out?!” He totally hit you with a pillow. “Don't be so shy about things like that… Even if it's our sex life.” You teased. “I guess. I'm just happy I didn't kill you when we first met.” “I could say the same”
