I placed a small dab of that cream and rubbed on my sore shins last night.
Next morning, I went to my workplace and .... ALL THE SUDDEN MY SHINS IS ON FIRE. HOLY SHIT THEY HURT. It felt like they been out in the sun for hours.
I had to call break. I grabbed an empty bucket, filled it with ice, added cold water, and dunked my legs in the bucket. Several minutes later, it eased up some. So I washed my shins with soap.
The manager gave me couple packets of burn ointments. I tried it and it did really help
but holy shit guys, that stuff’s a hazard.
