in case you don't follow me, I collect probably haunted dolls and watch horror movies with them! last night, @askavery sent me this image (TYSM)

Andronio Alfonso Stuart Neviomo Pablo, shortened to Andro for practicality purposes, is probably more than a hundred years old since he made lots of friends among WW1 and WW2 alpine soldiers which climbed or marched on the Italian and Swiss mountains he guarded. Still, he's a total teenage girl at heart, both because of his granddaughter and the fact he never had a real childhood (he was always just there looking out for the Alps and didn't make any real friends).

Cold means nothing to him anymore; he can chill in any kind of winter without the aid of a scarf or such things. The outfit, he states, is purely for fashion. Speaking about that, he's really into glitter and any sort of sparkling stuff, which is unfortunately rare to find tailored to his size, so he learned to sew his own clothing.

His hat is so tall because if he really focuses he can use it like an elephant's trunk to pick things on very high places, like apricots, his favorite food after stew. The latter has a special place in his heart because, as he believes, it's suitable for any and all situations: when you're sick or healthy, cold or warm, low or joyful, plus it has a variety of ingredients and, with that, nutrients.

He decided to retire only to look out for his granddaughter, Hazel, though moving from the evocative and majestic mountains to the small town where I live was a rather painful decision. To fix this, he, Hazel and sometimes her friends plan out trips where the only rule is that the place must be as high and snowy as possible :)

All for today!! The next one is also a gnome, but... Noticeably smaller.
