Dollar rental car is the worst rental car company on the planet. Delicia in customer service is Extremely RUDE!!!! She was talking down to me during the entire conversation. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that there is not any supervisors. That I can call back and speak to someone else but it will not do any good. I was grossly over charged. I was charged $192.68 a day for a economy car. I told the guy that I needed it for 3 days. He did that amount for 1 day. When I returned it 4 days later it was over $800.00. When I returned it the gentleman said that they made a mistake. He said to call customer service. A lot of good that did me.
