I'm glad Daddy had a safe trip back home 🏡 to us. He had a rough weather & car trouble in the mid-west but overall his games went well even though the roads were snowy. On this trip #God was speaking to him or his #Angels were watching as they had encounter car trouble. Can you believe this.. one of the volt from the brakes came off. mind you they were driving (a rent-a-car) New Car! what's amazing is that they were 3hours out of town in New Mexico & they stopped at Subway sandwich shop to get something to eat & that's when Daddy realized that the car won't go forward. Then there were these 2 (Angels) very gentleman who helped them check the car out & it just so happens that one of the guys is a mechanic & that's how he found out the the volt from the brakes was gone. Who knew that they would be around to help them. #dollarrentacar couldn't send anyone to help due to freeway closures & bad weather, it will take them forever to get there. The gentleman who helped them took the parts & drove into the town 30mins away & came back to put the volt back so they could at least get to their hotel. God works in so many mysterious ways & he sent 2angels to help them. Whoever you are.. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for saving my hubby. 🙏🏽😊 may #godbless you even more. Dollar rental car is the worst rental car company on the planet. Delicia in customer service is Extremely RUDE!!!! She was talking down to me during the entire conversation. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that there is not any supervisors. That I can call back and speak to someone else but it will not do any good. I was grossly over charged. I was charged $192.68 a day for a economy car. I told the guy that I needed it for 3 days. He did that amount for 1 day. When I returned it 4 days later it was over $800.00. When I returned it the gentleman said that they made a mistake. He said to call customer service. A lot of good that did me.
