QUESTIONS, you say? 8) rubs hands together, here goes: What is Fumus' greatest fear? How does he cope with it and has he ever had to face it?

Good question.

I think Fumus’ greatest fear is probably loss of control or being the one who gets controlled.  They sort of fall under the same spectrum of fear I suppose.  From what I’ve been shown, Fumus appears to be domineering, ever-watchful and in control.  Losing that would be losing that control would be losing the epicenter of the way his character operates.

How does he cope with it?

I’ve only had two threads where he has had to face that fear.  In both he accepted his circumstances begrudgingly.  However, it took him a while considering how stubborn I believe he is. I think Fumus is that one tough old bastard that, even if you cut off his head it would roll across the ground and bite you.  Whenever you’re trying to take something from him, bet your ass he’ll fight tenaciously for it.  In one thread Fumus died so he had to accept the consequences, in the other Ivlis killed all of the devils and absorbed their powers so he couldn’t really do much against him.  I’m still working on that thread but I’ve discussed that maybe Fumus would end up having a if you can’t beat them, join them attitude but that’ going to take a while.

Has he ever had to face it?

Yes, three times.  Once was well, idk how to explain that thread.  Satanick basically slipped him date rape drugs and took advantage of him and after Fumus came to from the events he was pretty pissed.  Idk how I describe that thread other than Satanick u goin’ die.  

The other threads were the Ivlis thread and the death thread.

Are they any particular things that make him laugh? added to that, how would you describe his sense of humor? Hard mode: things that don't involve violence, if any.

Oh man that’shard.  I think Fumus has a very dry andmorbid sense of humor.

Sometimes helaughs at Satanick’s stupidity.  

Once I madehim laugh because he was actually happy.

We know Fumus is perfectly willing to hurt and kill, but are there any circumstances where he believes killing is unacceptable?

I thinkPitch World has some sort of balance to it, like all of the worlds or at leastthe worlds I have seen.  I feel likethings work on a system of scales and balances and in an instance where killingwould affect Pitch World I don’t think he would.

He wouldn’tever permanently kill his devil.

I don’tthink he’d kill another god. He knows the consequences of that too well.

Also ifkilling someone would set off a series of catastrophic events, I don’t think he’dkill them.

There isalso the aspect of torture.  SometimesFumus believes  that continuing to makesomeone suffer is better than granting them death, an easy, quick way out.

HUEHUEHUHEUE yes good i love all of this. for roc’s part he really got into playing the part i feel. while he never felt genuine love for her, he loved her presence and how much SHE cared about him. i think the idea of being loved was cute to him and the attention was addictive. by the time he showed his true colors he was completely obsessed, basically.

Man tbh I even have a specific scene in mind I’ve often though about drabbling about when she confesses to him BUT I THINK I’d rather RP it so we can put that on our roster if you are interested ;)
