14. if you can live anywhere in the world where would it be? why?
I would love to be able to live overseas with my GF, but we’re both pretty happy right now in VA. We’ve talked about moving to the West Coast to be closer to our families but ultimately we have decided that as long as we’re together then we’ll be happy.
83. regular oreos or golden oreos?
Peanut butter oreoes (regular outside) or the birthday cake oreos (which I think are golden). The pistacio ones (regular outside) are sinfully delicious.
84. chocolate or rainbow sprinkles?
Either. I like them both and will eat them separate from the food they’re supposed to top. Or I’ll just eat them with whip cream.
98. favorite month?
October. Not for halloween, but because it’s the month where it truly becomes sweater weather. It’s time to break out the flannels.
Something good about my day; I've officially lost 15 lbs since trying to better my life - I know weight is not a solid measure of health and definitely not happiness but it's a start!
OMG! That’s awesome! Congratulations :D Every little thing to better your life, whether it’s working on losing weight, or reading more, or taking the stairs, is a milestone and should be celebrated. You’re doing great and I hope you keep sharing more good things about your day and seeing the results you want to see!
Tell me something good about your day on anon!
Hey, you're from Seattle, right? I'll be visiting Seattle in around a month and was wondering if you have any recommendations for places to see/visit?
Yes! Here’s some fun free/cheap things to do around the city:
1) Pike Place Market - check out the fish throwers, and all the food stalls. My recommendations here are Beecher’s Mac and Cheese, the first Starbucks, and Daily Dozen Donuts.
2) The Gum Wall - This is just fun. Chew a piece of gum, add it to the wall. It’s right below Pike Place. You will have to take a creepy set of stairs or walk down this little side street, but it’s worth it for some traditional Seattle weirdness.
3) Kell’s Irish Pub - this is in the building that housed Seattle’s first morgue. It has traditional Irish food and it’s haunted. During the summer there’s an evening ghost tour that can teach you all about the haunted parts of Pike Place. They wipe the tables down with Holy Water each night to stop the ghosts from ruining it every night.
4) The Space Needle - You could go up in it (which is pricey), but it’s under construction right now while they turn the floor into all glass. It’s cool to see up close tho.
5) Seattle Great Wheel - If you want to see the waterfront, check out the Seattle Ferris Wheel at Pier 57.
6) Parks - Depending on where you’ll be and if you want to spend some time outside, Seattle has a lot of great parks. So if the weather is nice and you want to kick back and relax, check out Gasworks Park, Volunteer Park, the Olympic Sculpture Park, or Discovery Park.
7) Museum of Pop Culture - Formerly “The Experience Music Project” is that ugly weird building by the Space Needle. You can explore the museum and learn all about the local, domestic and international music scene, and there’s also a science fiction exhibit too. This can be pricey, but it’s interactive and not your typical museum. Check this list for when free museum entry days are.
8) Freemont Troll - We’ve got a troll under the bridge that’s worth seeing. He won’t ask for you to answer a riddle, but he is a great place for a selfie.
9) Molly Moon’s Ice Cream - If you’re hungry for some ice cream, this is a cool local place. They have amazing flavors, plus their overall vision of having sustainable practices and local partnerships is great to support.
10) Seattle Pinball Museum - This place is a lot of fun because you can play pinball and drink some local brews or vintage soda. You can play to your heart’s content after paying for your admission. They have machines as old as 1934, so check out pinball’s history.
That’s all I can think off of the top of my head that won’t break the bank, but are unique things that I think are worth seeing.

26. Describe your crush.
She’s beautiful, inside and out. She makes me laugh and gives the best hugs.
32. What’s your favourite cocktail?
Anything with Malibu in it. My first mixed drink was called a Smith & Wesson, which is vodka, kahlua, coke, and light cream.
61. Something you find romantic?
Stargazing and late night conversations.
Hi! I really love your fic "flaws"! I'm so curious to know about Korra's past, like what's going on???? But seriously, great story! It's a great mix of humor, suspense, and angst. I was wondering, though, if you have a beta reader, or just someone to look out for grammar? I don't mean to come off as rude or anything but sometimes the sentences get confusing, and it's a shame cuz your story is just so good
Thank you for reading, and continuing to read this fic! I’m so relieved that it’s the right blend of angst/suspense/humor. I always worry it becomes too much of one thing.
I don’t have a beta reader. I write late at night and usually give myself a few days to actually peruse through a chapter to clean it up. However, in CH 8′s case, I wrote it in one day, so shame on me for ignoring my usual flow. Also, I have a BA in Creative Writing, which I love to put to good use on this fic, but shamefully have not been as adamant about fixing the mistakes that my brain has missed. I catch them usually IMMEDIATELY after I post the chapter. I have a running list of things I need to fix, cause damn, if I wasn’t choosing to be lazy I could clean everything.
This is a lot longer of an answer, but I do appreciate you for calling me out on the mistakes because ultimately I should be responsible for them and clean up my act. I’ll try harder, and if not, I will probably ask for a beta.
tl; dr: I should be using my English degree for GOOD, and actually catch my mistakes.
