Umlaute in 2019. One of Germanys biggest domain providers, Domainfactory, auto-replied this way on my email to them with the subject “Stammdaten-Änderung”. Their ticket software broke up the Umlaut “Ä” in “Änderung”. 2019 by the way.

At the same time as the Timehop hack, another data breach too was discovered; this breach had impacted users of DomainFactory, one of the largest web hosting companies in Germany.
