Dominic Pace as Gekko The Bounty Hunter
Pace began his studying with members of the Actors Studio Mimi Turque and Susan Batson in 1995. He then moved on to William Esper's two-year program where he studied under Terry Knickerbocker. He has been awarded "Best Actor" at the 2004 Palm Beach International Film Festival for his performance in the independent feature, Little Kings. He was a member of The MET Theater Company and the Tim Robbins Company, The Actors' Gang in Los Angeles.
Dominic Pace (born September 21, 1975) is an American actor who portrayed a bounty hunter in the first and third chapters of The Mandalorian. His role was uncredited.
Pace's makeup as the bounty hunter character was designed and applied by makeup artist Brian Sipe, who used the name "Gekko" for the character. Pace said he was able to select his own weapon during production and chose a large, unique heavy blaster. He views his character as ruthless, unapologetic, imposing, and intense.
