I finally got to try a Pearl Diver last night! It's this Don Beach tiki drink that most places dont keep the stuff on hand to make (one of the ingredients is melted butter) but me and a bud managed to find a spot near St Marks. If you're ever in the area it's Paradise Lost, kind of a purgatory themed tiki joint. Lil bougie if you like that kind of thing. Folks kept buying a special flight of drinks that came with a firework display.
But yeah this was everything I was hoping it was. Rich, kinda creamy, WAY too strong decadent ass dessert tiki cocktail in a weird cup to keep the ingredients from solidifying. Kinda tempted to get gardenia mix and try fixing it myself at home sometime, But Money.
