The Thing Is
The thing is sometimes we don’t know how we feel.
Maybe at the moment it may not make sense.
And the thing is it does not have too.
People will always have something to say about how you should feel.
The funny thing is they can say what they want but they don’t live in your shoes.
The thing is they don’t have no right to dictate how you should feel or even how you should run your life.
At the end of the day it is all on you.
You make your choices and you live with the consequences.
But I tell you this in confidence…
Don’t ever be ashamed of being you

I'm corrupt...
Homophobia.
To those who have ever experienced any form of homophobia, no matter how big or small, ranging from the occasional sarcastic comment to downright verbal abuse (or god forbid, physical abuse), I just wanted to say that nobody, absolutely NO ONE has the right to make you feel any less of a person and be ashamed of who you are based on your sexuality and who you fall in love with. Try to focus on the people and things that make you happy in life, easier said than done I know, perhaps especially to those of you who are still searching for who you are. Having people interfere with such a personal matter can sometimes leave emotional scars, please don't be too disheartened. I send all my love to those who are struggling. Stay strong and please know that it DOES get better and that YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Thank you. <3
