A review of the Talon :
I absolutely love the talons! I got to meet the Volante Design team at PAX East 2016 where I was able to personally try on the wares before buying them and I loved the look and secure feel, not to mention the reasonable price, from the get-go. They’re rugged, secure, well-constructed, and just all-around fun to wear. It should be noted that the team themselves were very friendly and helpful with answering any questions I had, as well as finding the correct sizing for anything I wanted to try on.
But here’s the best part: I’m a musician of many instruments and I’ve found that with I’ve been able to play both keys and electric guitar completely uninhibited while wearing the talons, so naturally they’ve become a staple of my stage getup and what I regularly wear if I’m going to most any kind of concert. I still need to test them with other instruments (drums being a big one) but even still I’m very happy that I’m able to play what I can while wearing them.
