Just released the Medb Claddagh Rings on the website. These are a very limited edition. Stone options are Obsidian and Garnet. These will be the only stone options made. I, like many, have always held a special place in my heart for the Claddagh design. The hands symbolize friendship, the heart symbolizes love, and the crown symbolizes loyalty. Both wrists are wearing a snake cuff similar to the first snake cuff Evil Pawn Jewelry ever released back in 2007. If you have one tag me! The snake symbolizes restraint when coming to things you should say no to. A bad idea, a bad influence, and a person that is not good for you. One hand has a ring on the index finger and the other hand has a ring on her ring finger. A symbolized meaning "May good wealth be with you." Notice the saying is "good wealth" because too much wealth can make some humans rotten. All the wealth to keep you golden, all the friendship of a true friend's hands, all the heart of the truest love, and all the crowns of real loyalty. All of my love friends! Happy Week's End! • #Claddagh #CladdaghRing #Friendship #Love #Loyalty #GoodFortune #GoodVibes #AbundanceAndHappiness #HigherVibrations #TrueLight #SelfLove #Healing #SelfTruth #EvilPawnJewelry #Garnet #Epj #Obsidian #quartz #Crystals #AdornYourselfInMetal https://www.instagram.com/p/BxAaT50FUxz/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=17o9rolcepe2r

The Power of Sitting With Your Truth with Reform with Afsana
There is a quiet courage in facing yourself—without distraction, without denial, and without the urge to immediately fix or escape what you feel. In a world that constantly pushes you to move on, stay busy, or “stay positive,” the act of simply sitting with your truth can feel unfamiliar, even uncomfortable. Yet at Reform with Afsana, this practice is seen as one of the most powerful steps toward genuine self-growth.
Your truth is not always easy to accept. It lives beneath the surface of your daily routine, often hidden under responsibilities, expectations, and the need to appear strong. It shows up in the moments you avoid silence, in the feelings you push aside, and in the thoughts you choose not to confront. But no matter how much you try to ignore it, your truth remains—waiting patiently for your attention.
At Reform with Afsana, we believe that healing and clarity begin when you stop running from your truth and start sitting with it. Not to judge it, not to change it instantly, but to understand it.
Sitting with your truth means allowing yourself to feel what is real, even when it’s uncomfortable. It means acknowledging your emotions without labeling them as right or wrong. Whether it’s sadness, confusion, anger, or even uncertainty—every emotion carries a message. And when you give yourself the space to feel, you begin to understand those messages more clearly.
In many ways, discomfort is a doorway. Most people spend their lives trying to avoid it, but at Reform with Afsana, we encourage you to lean into it gently. Because what feels uncomfortable is often what needs your attention the most.
This practice requires patience. You won’t always find immediate answers, and that’s okay. Sitting with your truth is not about rushing to conclusions—it’s about building awareness. It’s about becoming more in tune with yourself, moment by moment.
One of the biggest shifts that happens when you begin to sit with your truth is the release of internal resistance. When you stop fighting your feelings, they begin to lose their intensity. What once felt overwhelming starts to feel manageable. You realize that emotions are temporary—they pass when they are acknowledged, not suppressed.
At Reform with Afsana, we emphasize that your truth is not something to fear. It is a guide. It shows you where you need to set boundaries, where you need to let go, and where you need to grow. Ignoring it only delays your progress, but facing it opens the door to transformation.
There is also a deep sense of self-respect that comes with this practice. When you choose to sit with your truth, you are choosing honesty over comfort. You are choosing growth over avoidance. And in doing so, you begin to build a stronger relationship with yourself—one rooted in trust and authenticity.
This doesn’t mean every moment will feel peaceful. There will be times when sitting with your truth feels heavy. But even in those moments, there is strength. Because you are no longer escaping—you are showing up for yourself fully.
At Reform with Afsana, we remind you that your truth does not have to be perfect or neatly defined. It can be messy, evolving, and uncertain. What matters is that it is yours.
As you continue this practice, you’ll begin to notice a shift. You’ll feel more grounded, more aware, and more connected to who you truly are. Decisions become clearer, not because life becomes easier, but because you understand yourself better.
And that understanding is powerful.
Because when you learn to sit with your truth, you stop seeking constant validation from the outside world. You begin to trust your own perspective, your own feelings, and your own journey.
At Reform with Afsana, the message is simple yet profound: everything you need to understand yourself is already within you—you just have to be willing to sit with it.
And in that stillness, in that honesty, you will find not only clarity—but a deeper sense of peace, strength, and self-acceptance.
