Upheaval

The environment people find comfort in, is when we feel safe and secure surrounded in love. There are situations that shake our foundations and the upheaval is confusing. We develop patterns how to handle stress and learn ways to cope. Change happens to everyone and it is helpful to understand how “we” deal with it.

If we learned to panic when there’s upheaval, this makes the situation more drastic and harder to handle. When we “feel” safe and secure within ourselves, this brings peace when dealing with difficult circumstances.
