This app is available on both apple and droid phones. You can choose literally any charity ANYWHERE, large or small. Doesn't have to be in your home state or anywhere near you.

If you don't have a dog, it lets you walk a virtual dog! When you walk, it generates money for your selected charity. And literally every animal-related charity you can think of is on those lists, large or small.

So what are you waiting for? If you're going to be walking anyways, you might as well earn some cash for your fave animal charity anyways. 😍💕

Search "Walk for a Dog" and click on the one with the logo I screenshotted above. Install, confirm your email, fill in your dogs profile or choose the virtual dog, choose your charity....and BAM. You're set!

I know most of us here in New Orleans either walk EVERYWHERE and don't even own a car or walk often enough that this is useful. 🥰 Please give it a shot!!

Even though there are more of these apps that have the same use of donating to charities for walking, but this one has lists of charities so extensive that I chose it over other apps. I walk my dog at least 10 times a day when I'm home all day or at least 5 times a day when I'm out most the day, for 5-15 minutes each walk. And I'm disabled so I push myself to do this for my baby boy every day even on high pain days so this app makes me feel even better about pushing myself as hard as I do while disabled.

I've been walking with PoGo this whole time but now that PoGo saves your walks when it is minimized if you sync it to the exercise apps, I can now have this open and still have my walks saved in PoGo to generate candy and hatch eggs. 😃😃😃😁🥰 I love this and I ask that you give it (or another similar app) a shot! If you're going to be walking anyways, you might as well do something good simultaneously! 😍😍😍
