Thinkin' bout Donald's first reconstruction under Cecil's Directorship, and how Brit may have first really butted heads with Cecil under this premise. Donald loses some memories everytime he dies and is brought back, and I had to wonder if his memories of Brit were ever affected enough that Brit came a'knocking. Would Cecil be jealous? Posessive? Not actually care but become annoyed Brit is consuming up Donald's efficiency?

Brit is a lose canon and we all know Cecil hates those. But Brit is Donald's friend, and Donald is irreplaceable. So he has to keep that big oaf content, or, at the very least, on leash... but who is leading who in this clusterfuck, huh?

My brain can't shut off today so I'm doodling nonsense about possible first meetings between Donald and Brit. Brit literally comes out of retirement again and again whenever Donald calls, so I figure they go way back. Maybe as back as Donald being a wee baby field agent. I thought it'd be a neat call-forward to have Donald be obsessed with 1984's The Terminator (since he later pretty much becomes one) and having their friendship start with him strong-arming Brit into watching films with him, especially cause there's a scene in the comics that has older!Brit obsessed with watching films with Donald. They're so flipping cute, fuck!!!
