Ok this will be a bit long but, there was a soap opera in my country that aired on 2016 and was very popular, one of the main plot points was a love triangle between the main girl and two guys, and with that there was shippers. The series ended with her together with one of the guys and the faction that shipped her with the other dude was very upset with the outcome.

Fast foward to 2020. The soap opera productions were halted due to covid and to cover for that the channel decided to rerun abridged versions of popular soap operas and that one was among the chosen ones. The shippers who lost the canon war were still bonkers about their ship, complaining to the showrunners, demanding an alternate ending to cater to their ship and being general annoyances to anyone else in the shows bubble that just wanted to watch the rerun in peace. About a ship that died in 2016.

What I mean to say by all this is...the road is long and SW fandom will have to deal with Re*los for a loooong time.

yeaaah i figure they’ll be around and annoying us for a while. so long as they don’t get any new content they’ll jump to other ships once they’re bored but a lot of them will end up stuck in an echo chamber for a long long time

Dando mais contexto pro segundo turno de Cuiabá: um candidato foi gravado em vídeo recebendo propina no gabinete do ex governador e o outro é um bolsonarista desequilibrado que vive chamando os outros vereadores pro pau em pleno plenário da Câmara. Isso sem contar a eleição suplementar pro senado: no estado que sofreu o inferno de queimadas nos últimos meses elegem um cara alinhadíssimo com o agronegócio. MT é uma desgraça

Maaaaaan that Subway dudes post unlocked memories I'd rather have kept forgotten. Literally yesterday I was looking into that Pokemon Masters game stuff and saw these guys had come out I was like 'oh yeah them, seem interesting units' and kept going my merry way but then I read that post and remembered THAT fandom and now it's like I'm having war flashbacks

I lucked out that I only entered the pkm fandom around XY saga (kind of, but i was mostly into fanfiction before, and only arrived in fandom fandom on XY), but I still remember seeing bits and pieces of the Subway Dudes going Onceler xD

Haha, eu nem vi nada na verdade, só achei que era o tipo de coisa que os br fariam, vejo poucos jogadores brasileiros de feh por aí

Também quase não vejo ;-;,  já encontrei alguns no reddit (teve uma época que o jogo ficou dando um erro estranho que parecia ser coisa regional/etc)

Uma vez, já vi uma daquelas análises de que banner vendeu mais que mostrava um bando de países, com o brasil lá.
