#Repost @colvinology ・・・ Don Graper by Mikkeller San Diego (@mikkellersd), an NEIPA brewed with Riesling grape juice (7%), and the Master Grade Turn X . Guys, this one's an absolute winner. Scent is citrus and tropical hops--orange, grapefruit, pineapple--and floral white wine. The body is smooth and velvety, with an orange/pineapple-heavy citrus flavor that leads into a beautifully dry, slightly bitter white wine finish. It tastes kind of like a mimosa with hazy beer instead of orange juice...which I now realize is something I definitely need to try.
