Mikkeller Hop Opera Double IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Lots of bright tropical fruit in the nose, and a juicy, slightly sweet body. There’s a nice maltiness to the body that so many hazy IPAs miss -- a slight spiciness and grain sweetness -- and of course tropical fruit on top of that. Finishes clean and slightly dry -- quite enjoyable.
