Just a question about the scene in Episode 4 where Mera is defeated. I get that it's a cartoon and all and that the impact is exaggerated for effect, but we've been told all this stuff about how fragile Mera is, and then she gets hit so hard that she flies through the air and smacks into a wall hard enough to make an indent. It seems a bit odd, even with the "broken bones" line. Some people suggest Molly dumbed down her epithet so she wasn't as fragile when Giovanni hit her, was this the case?
No it’s just a big final attack, nothing fancy about it.
Everything operates by like... JRPG video games rules in Epithet. You can get shot in the head and it just deals some damage. It’s super hard to *kill* somebody.
