The good old burning should do the trick but if you're unable to do that try burying it alongside the corpse of a small animal. See, if the police dogs start smelling something rottin' and all they find is a dead fox or something their unlikely to dig any further.

Oh! And if you wanna be extra safe you could burry the two corpses under a endangered plant! I don't know where you live but if they got some good environmental laws then it might be illegal to dig that plant up!!
