I know it makes sense with Sun n’Moon’s personality to have Sunny be the one who can’t swear and Moon being granted the vocabulary of a sailor. But. Just. Just consider the infinitely funnier alternative.

Sunny has very very good self control over his words. After all, he’s a daycare attendant, and he’s not about to break his own rules. HOWEVER. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t have his moments. M’not a computer whiz, but ai don’t think staff would care enough ti put a soeech restraint on one but not the other. It’s either all or nothing. And Sunny, at least in my gathering of the fandom’s general agreement over this headcannon, is technically an adult un the mental aspect. He’s been around other adults, and he’s a big boy. Moon does naptime, he’s not really the type to swear loudly if it interrupts the poor kids’ naptime. It probably wouldn’t be in his base programming. After naptime though, he’s security. And security’s got no restraibts on foul language, really.

Forgive me if this doesn’t make sense. I just think the idea pf the daycare attendants having to wait until a certain time to verbally swear is pretty funny. They can prob do it in their headspace, but for those of us who know our colorful language, we know it’s not as satisfying to think ‘fuck.’ when you hit a table as it is to huss out ‘FfffuuuUUU’

So Yes Yes I Do think that Sunny would have to wait till naptime to mentally scream the F word after a kid spilled non-removable paint everywhere.
