Left you alone to crash and burn? No way. You’d never survive without me.
Hey, I resent that! I survived about thirty plus years without you. Y'know dying and coming back but still!

Katie-Kate, for a moment there I thought you left me for good. I'm doing good, you?

House Parties Have the Best Kidnappings
Clint had already made the decision to head back to Italy at some point in the near future to move that plan along, but he figured he might as well have a little fun while he was still in New York. He dipped into his (admittedly impressive at this point) savings to buy a nice suit, sitting through the fitting with phone in hand as he attempted to track down a party he could crash. Soon, Alec Cale had an invitation to an art gallery opening downtown and a suit to wear for it.
Upon arrival, the party was as boring as they usually were and Clint set about finding someone that he could make easy money off of tonight. He did, after all, buy a very expensive suit for the occasion. Most of the people around were actively talking, some dancing, some simply observing, but none looked bored enough to be any fun to mess with.
He continued to bide his time, keeping a lookout for someone more interesting than most of these people, too distracted by mediocre modern art for him to grab their attention. His eyes caught on a brunette standing around by the refreshments and looking bored enough with her life right now that really, it would be nice for him to go alleviate it. He put on his most charming smile and approached her slowly. "Hey. How's it going?" he asked, keeping a bit of distance between them for now.
