   A soft smile played on the violist's lips as he stood outside of the room, hand on the knob as he hesitated to open the door. It was difficult to believe it had been a year since he and his younger partner began their relationship. It had been a roller coaster but Natsuki had to admit he hadn't been happier since they'd started it all. So much time spent together and only more time to spend from hereon out.

   With a small sigh slipping out of his lips the older male slowly opened the door and walked toward where his younger partner sat, the smile not parting his lips one instant. Kneeling before the boy he took Syo's left hand within his, kissing is softly a few times before beginning his speech.

   "I've already told you... that I'm in love with you." The blond began, his voice gentle as he did his best to recall the exact words he'd told Syo when he first confessed. "I realized that... a while ago. But I'm completely certain now... I'm in love with you and my heart can't take it anymore. I don't feel pain anymore, I don't feel the strain I felt before. I feel my heart beating in a way I thought it would never beat and it's only beating for you-- it has been beating for you this whole year we've been together and it will never stop beating this way."

   A small pause took place as the man took a deep breath, doing his best to fight back the tears that threatened to spill out of his eyes. "I've said these words--or close to these words is better to say--a year ago. I worked hard to remember what I'd said and I want you to know that I mean every single one of them. I still love you and I will always love you. You're my most precious person in this world Syo-chan. No one can change that. I will always love you. I wanted to do something special for today so I tried to think of what best to do. I know my confession wasn't exactly like that, but... it's hard to remember what you said a year ago.. ahah..."

   Moving from his kneeling position the blond stood up, holding Syo's hand near his chest as he leaned forward to place a gentle kiss upon the other's lips. "I love you Syo-chan. It makes me so happy that we've been with each other for a year now. I'm so... so happy. I love you forever and ever. I mean it."
