This week is mental health awareness week which is a great time to bring back Wellbeing Wednesdays. Over in the Chaotic Motherhood Tribe (our Free Facebook community) I’ll be sharing knowledge on how to fill up your toolbox of wellbeing. This year the #mentalhealthawarenessweek is talking loneliness. When I became a mum I felt so lonely, it was like no one around knew how I felt, how tired I was, what I was going through. I started getting out into groups, I started attending courses, that’s where I made my best friends. Then another set of twins came along again loneliness kicked in. I felt like no one wanted us around, a family of 6 is hard to accommodate right? But I found a circle of people online. I met them in real life too. And actually felt like I belonged just as I am. Loneliness is a funny old symptom Yep I say symptom. Because it’s not just about being alone. It’s about feeling alone in a room full of people, like you don’t quite fit, like no one understands. Being part of a community that get you, that listen & more importantly understand has been such a game changing part of my tool box of wellbeing. #dontfeellonely #comeonoverforacuppa #mentalhealrh #parenting #motherhood #mumlife #mumssupportingmums #mumsofinstagram #motherhoodunplugged #mumof4 #mumofgirls #mumofboys #twins #twinmum #mumoftwins #twinstwice https://www.instagram.com/p/CdaEQqSM-Rd/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
